Terms for the journey.

Avyloft is a passenger-awareness and personal travel-atlas product provided by Alderbeam, Inc. By using Avyloft, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Not a navigation tool

Scenery, timing, location, aircraft position, visibility, and route information are approximate. Do not use Avyloft for aircraft operation, navigation, safety decisions, emergency response, or compliance with crew instructions. Always follow airline and device-use rules.

Your content

You retain your rights in diary text and Journey Photos. You grant Avyloft the limited permission required to store and synchronize content you explicitly place in cloud features. Journey Photo image backup is currently unavailable, so image files remain on their originating devices.

Data sources

Airport, geographic, map, place, article, and image information can come from third-party open-data sources. Source links, licenses, and map attribution remain part of the experience. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.

Accounts

You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and device access. Avyloft may limit abusive, automated, oversized, or malicious requests. You can delete the cloud account through Settings or the published deletion process.

Service changes

Features may evolve as the product, data providers, and platform capabilities change. Material terms or privacy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
